The ACiQ N80MSN0451714A furnace operates with an input of 44,000 BTU and achieves an 80% efficiency rating (AFUE), resulting in an output of 35,200 BTU. This efficiency means 80% of the gas consumed is effectively used for heating, while 20% is lost through flue piping and normal furnace operations. Metal flue venting is required for all 80% AFUE furnaces; plastic/PVC venting necessitates a furnace with 90% efficiency or higher. Initially configured for natural gas, an optional LP conversion kit is available at an additional cost.

I wasn’t to sure about if this company could deliver it quickly but it arrived within a week. No issues. I needed this one for parts as my first one that I installed a year ago had the ecm go out on the blower fan. Parts are hard to come by for this Chinese brand. I think the ecm went out due to condensation in the main supply plenum dripping onto fan motor. I do like this ac unit but hope the fan lasts longer than a year. I covered the fan ecm with flex seal tape.
