The Amana J-Series Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) offers exceptional durability and advanced energy management, making it ideal for businesses in the hotel/hospitality and assisted living industries. Designed for quiet operation, it features an acoustically engineered system with an indoor tangential fan, two-speed indoor motor, and a two-speed outdoor fan to minimize sound while ensuring even air distribution. The unit boasts an STC 29 rating, R-32 refrigerant, and RF/Bluetooth® connectivity, providing innovation and efficiency. It fits easily into a standard 16” x 42” wall sleeve for quick installation and reliable performance.

New installations require a WS900QW wall sleeve and SGK01B rear grille plus either a wireless or wired thermostat (all sold separately).

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Backordered products may have longer processing times, and we will notify you of any delays.

Arrival of Goods: Freight delivery times depend on the carrier's schedule and routing. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery, and you must be present to sign for the shipment.

Damages: Upon delivery, inspect your shipment carefully for any damage or discrepancies. Note any issues on the carrier’s delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours. Claims made after this timeframe may be denied. Photographic proof is required for processing claims. Report damages or discrepancies immediately at support@hvacstore.com.

I wasn’t to sure about if this company could deliver it quickly but it arrived within a week. No issues. I needed this one for parts as my first one that I installed a year ago had the ecm go out on the blower fan. Parts are hard to come by for this Chinese brand. I think the ecm went out due to condensation in the main supply plenum dripping onto fan motor. I do like this ac unit but hope the fan lasts longer than a year. I covered the fan ecm with flex seal tape.
