The Amana J-Series Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) is engineered for durability and energy efficiency, making it ideal for hospitality and assisted living businesses. With a focus on guest comfort, this unit operates quietly thanks to its acoustically optimized system, featuring an indoor tangential fan, two-speed indoor motor, and two-speed outdoor fan. It achieves an STC 29 rating, uses R-32 refrigerant, and offers RF/Bluetooth® integration for enhanced connectivity. Designed to fit a standard 16” x 42” wall sleeve, it ensures easy installation and reliable, quiet performance.

New installations require a WS900QW wall sleeve and SGK01B rear grille plus either a wireless or wired thermostat (all sold separately).

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Backordered products may have longer processing times, and we will notify you of any delays.

Arrival of Goods: Freight delivery times depend on the carrier's schedule and routing. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery, and you must be present to sign for the shipment.

Damages: Upon delivery, inspect your shipment carefully for any damage or discrepancies. Note any issues on the carrier’s delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours. Claims made after this timeframe may be denied. Photographic proof is required for processing claims. Report damages or discrepancies immediately at support@hvacstore.com.

Returns: For returns unrelated to damage, contact us at support@hvacstore.com for authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee applies. Items must be in original packaging and condition for a refund.

I wasn’t to sure about if this company could deliver it quickly but it arrived within a week. No issues. I needed this one for parts as my first one that I installed a year ago had the ecm go out on the blower fan. Parts are hard to come by for this Chinese brand. I think the ecm went out due to condensation in the main supply plenum dripping onto fan motor. I do like this ac unit but hope the fan lasts longer than a year. I covered the fan ecm with flex seal tape.
