The Amana J-Series Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) combines durability, advanced energy management, and superior indoor comfort, making it ideal for hotels, assisted living facilities, and similar businesses. Engineered for quiet operation, it features an indoor tangential fan, a two-speed indoor motor, and a two-speed outdoor fan to minimize noise while ensuring even air distribution. With an STC 29 rating, R-32 refrigerant, and RF/Bluetooth® connectivity, it offers innovation and efficiency. Designed to fit standard 16” x 42” wall sleeves, it ensures easy installation and reliable performance.

New installations require a WS900QW wall sleeve and SGK01B rear grille plus either a wireless or wired thermostat (all sold separately).

We ship freight to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Some shipping restrictions may apply. Liftgate services may incur an additional fee, which can be added at checkout.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Backordered products may have longer processing times, and we will notify you of any delays.

Arrival of Goods: Freight delivery times depend on the carrier's schedule and routing. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery, and you must be present to sign for the shipment.

Damages: Upon delivery, inspect your shipment carefully for any damage or discrepancies. Note any issues on the carrier’s delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours. Claims made after this timeframe may be denied. Photographic proof is required for processing claims. Report damages or discrepancies immediately at support@hvacstore.com.

Returns: For returns unrelated to damage, contact us at support@hvacstore.com for authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee applies. Items must be in original packaging and condition for a refund.

I wasn’t to sure about if this company could deliver it quickly but it arrived within a week. No issues. I needed this one for parts as my first one that I installed a year ago had the ecm go out on the blower fan. Parts are hard to come by for this Chinese brand. I think the ecm went out due to condensation in the main supply plenum dripping onto fan motor. I do like this ac unit but hope the fan lasts longer than a year. I covered the fan ecm with flex seal tape.
