The downflow Jade economizer is compatible with all 7.5 to 12.5 ton DBC, DBG, and DBH Daikin packaged units. Economizers are designed to deliver energy savings by using cool, dry outside air for ventilation when conditions allow. When the outdoor air is suitable, the economizer automatically opens to bring in fresh air, helping to cool indoor spaces without needing to run the AC—especially useful on cooler days.

Excellent company to purchase from

I wasn’t to sure about if this company could deliver it quickly but it arrived within a week. No issues. I needed this one for parts as my first one that I installed a year ago had the ecm go out on the blower fan. Parts are hard to come by for this Chinese brand. I think the ecm went out due to condensation in the main supply plenum dripping onto fan motor. I do like this ac unit but hope the fan lasts longer than a year. I covered the fan ecm with flex seal tape.
