The Amana® brand DSA02NO Wireless Thermostat Kit offers a modern, user-friendly experience for Amana J & K series PTACs. This kit includes a battery-powered thermostat that communicates with the PTAC via radio frequency (RF) transmissions, enabling two-way communication between the unit and the thermostat. Installation is simple: just place the PTAC in RF pairing mode and press the pair button on the back of the thermostat. Once paired, you can enjoy seamless control of your PTAC with no wires, making it easy to maintain comfort with ease.

    • No Add-On Antenna Needed: Amana J & K Series PTACs come with built-in wireless communication, eliminating the need for an additional antenna.

    • 2-Way Wireless Communication: Enables seamless communication between the PTAC and thermostat for optimal control.

    I wasn’t to sure about if this company could deliver it quickly but it arrived within a week. No issues. I needed this one for parts as my first one that I installed a year ago had the ecm go out on the blower fan. Parts are hard to come by for this Chinese brand. I think the ecm went out due to condensation in the main supply plenum dripping onto fan motor. I do like this ac unit but hope the fan lasts longer than a year. I covered the fan ecm with flex seal tape.
