ACiQ Gas Furnace 44,000 BTU 80% AFUE Single Stage Multi-Positional N80MSN0451412A

The ACiQ N80MSN0451412A furnace operates with an input of 44,000 BTU, resulting in an output of 35,200 BTU due to its 80% efficiency rating (AFUE). This means that 80% of the gas consumed by the furnace is utilized for heating your home, while 20% is lost through the flue piping and during normal furnace operations. All furnaces with an 80% AFUE require metal flue venting; for plastic/PVC venting, a furnace with 90% efficiency or higher is necessary. Initially configured to run on natural gas, this unit can also be converted to LP gas using an optional conversion kit available at an additional cost.

I wasn’t to sure about if this company could deliver it quickly but it arrived within a week. No issues. I needed this one for parts as my first one that I installed a year ago had the ecm go out on the blower fan. Parts are hard to come by for this Chinese brand. I think the ecm went out due to condensation in the main supply plenum dripping onto fan motor. I do like this ac unit but hope the fan lasts longer than a year. I covered the fan ecm with flex seal tape.
