Rated at 97% AFUE and 60,000 BTU, it is Energy Star certified and built with an aluminized steel primary heat exchanger and a stainless steel secondary heat exchanger for long-lasting durability. This model is PVC-vent compatible and can be installed in upflow, downflow, or horizontal configurations, with a compact 17.5" cabinet width for flexible installation. We ship freight to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Some shipping restrictions may apply. Liftgate services may incur an additional fee, which can be added at checkout.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Backordered products may have longer processing times, and we will notify you of any delays.

Arrival of Goods: Freight delivery times depend on the carrier's schedule and routing. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery, and you must be present to sign for the shipment.

Damages: Upon delivery, inspect your shipment carefully for any damage or discrepancies. Note any issues on the carrier’s delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours.
