The ACIQ-18-EHPB-MH is a 1.5 ton, 19 SEER2 heat pump condenser built around a variable-speed inverter compressor. Rather than cycling on and off at full capacity, the compressor speeds up and slows down to track real-time demand, and it's rated at 18,000 BTU of cooling with operating sound as low as 57 dBA.
