Installation and Maintenance
Installing the ACiQ central ducted air handler is similar to replacing a standard air handler. A qualified technician will handle all necessary electrical, refrigerant, thermostat, and communication connections, and integrate the unit with your existing return and supply ductwork.
Designed for flexibility, this multi-positional air handler can be installed in upflow, downflow, or horizontal configurations. It’s compatible with any 24v thermostat that supports two-stage heating. For added comfort during colder months, optional supplemental electric heat kits are available as a backup heat source.
Routine maintenance is made simple with an intelligent control board that displays fault codes, helping quickly identify any issues within the system.

This air handler must be installed alongside a compatible condenser and other essential components, which may be sold separately if not included in your product bundle. If you intend to use straight electric heating, a compatible electric heat kit is required and available at an additional cost.
