The ACIQ-36-AC-B is a 3 ton, 15.6 SEER2 air conditioner condenser built around a variable-speed inverter compressor and R454B refrigerant. Instead of cycling on and off at full capacity, the compressor speeds up and slows down to track real-time demand, and ACiQ's Learning Condenser technology monitors indoor and outdoor temperature, duct pressure, and refrigerant temperature during startup to fine-tune performance going forward.
Rated at 34,000 BTU of cooling with up to 3,002 CFM airflow and as low as 58 dBA of operating sound, this condenser can also throttle down to roughly a 1 ton unit when full capacity isn't needed, making it a good seasonal AC-only option for homes that already have another primary heat source such as a boiler or fireplace. It runs on a 208/230V single-phase circuit and weighs 144.4 lbs.

Installation & Maintenance
Installing the ACiQ central ducted air handler is straightforward and follows the same basic steps as replacing a traditional air handler. A qualified technician will handle all necessary connections, including electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, thermostat integration, and system communication. The unit is also connected to your home’s return and supply ductwork for seamless air distribution.
Designed for flexibility, this air handler is multi-positional and supports upflow, downflow, or horizontal configurations—making it easy to fit into a variety of system layouts. It’s compatible with any standard 24V thermostat that supports two stages of heating.
For colder climates or added peace of mind, optional supplemental electric heat kits are available to provide backup heat when needed. Routine maintenance is simple, and the built-in intelligent control board offers fault code diagnostics to help technicians quickly identify and resolve system issues.
Important Note: This air handler must be installed with a compatible condenser and additional system components, which may be sold separately if not included in your package. To operate using electric-only heat, a compatible electric heat kit is required and also sold separately.
