The ACIQ-48-AC-B-MH is a 4 ton, 15.3 SEER2 air conditioner condenser built around a variable-speed inverter compressor and R454B refrigerant. Instead of cycling on and off at full capacity, the compressor speeds up and slows down to track real-time demand, and ACiQ's Learning Condenser technology monitors indoor and outdoor temperature, duct pressure, and refrigerant temperature during startup to fine-tune performance going forward.
Rated at 48,000 BTU of cooling with up to 3,037 CFM airflow and as low as 65 dBA of operating sound, this condenser can also throttle down to roughly a 1 ton unit when full capacity isn't needed, making it a good seasonal AC-only option for homes that already have another primary heat source such as a boiler or fireplace. The ACiQ-EFL2020FD-MH is a 20 kilowatt electric downflow furnace rated at 65,500 BTU, the largest capacity in ACiQ's mobile home electric furnace lineup. An ECM multi-speed blower delivers up to 1,650 CFM through a direct-drive 3/4 HP motor, with a 240V single-phase circuit protected by a 60 amp and a 50 amp breaker to handle the higher heating load safely.
As with the rest of the lineup, factory-installed sequencers and temperature limit switches stage the heating elements safely, and modules install via molex plug in the field or ship pre-installed from the factory. The unit ships with an AC coil cabinet included, with condenser and coil sold separately, and is compatible with R454B and R32 refrigerant systems.
