The Amana DHP123J25BA is a packaged terminal heat pump for hotels, assisted living, multi-family units, sunrooms and room additions that need year-round comfort from a single through-the-wall unit. It delivers 12,000 BTU of cooling and 10,800 BTU of heat pump heating, with a factory-installed 2.5 kW electric heat strip built into the unit for backup and emergency heat. The unit runs on 208/230V at 15 amps through a NEMA 6-15P plug and uses low-GWP R-32 refrigerant.
