Amana R32 Package Terminal Air Conditioner 12K BTU 5.0KW Built-In Heat 230V PTC123J50AXXX

The Amana PTC123J50AXXX is a J-Series packaged terminal air conditioner built for hospitality, assisted living and multi-family properties that need dependable cooling and supplemental heat from a single through-the-wall unit. It delivers 11,900 BTU of cooling at a 11.4 EER, with a 5.0 kW electric heat strip built into the chassis. An acoustically engineered design with a tangential indoor fan and two-speed indoor and outdoor motors keeps it quiet at an STC 29 rating, and it uses low-GWP R-32 refrigerant.

This unit has no onboard controls. It requires a wired or wireless wall thermostat, plus a 42" wall sleeve and a rear grille for a new installation (all sold separately).
