Impressed by the quality

I’ve installed Goodman heat pumps before at a similar price point. This was better quality, and a great deal from the HVAC store. I’m always a little nervous about picking the lowest cost provider but the came through quick and no damage.

I’m in the middle of install so if you don’t see an update, things went well. As I said, first impressions as I opened it up to adjust airflow direction was very impressed!

Excellent company to purchase from

I wasn’t to sure about if this company could deliver it quickly but it arrived within a week. No issues. I needed this one for parts as my first one that I installed a year ago had the ecm go out on the blower fan. Parts are hard to come by for this Chinese brand. I think the ecm went out due to condensation in the main supply plenum dripping onto fan motor. I do like this ac unit but hope the fan lasts longer than a year. I covered the fan ecm with flex seal tape.
