Daikin Downflow Jade Economizer For 15-25 Ton Packaged Units

Reduce energy consumption and improve indoor air quality with the Downflow Jade Economizer designed for Daikin 15–25 ton packaged HVAC units. Fully compatible with DBC, DBG, and DBH models, this economizer automatically utilizes cool, dry outdoor air to ventilate interior spaces—reducing the need for mechanical cooling during favorable weather conditions.

Equipped with the advanced Honeywell Jade economizer control, this fully modulating unit allows up to 100% fresh air intake, and features integrated barometric relief for optimal system balance. Hoods are factory-painted to match Daikin equipment for a clean, cohesive appearance.

This downflow economizer can also be factory-converted to a horizontal configuration upon request. Please note that additional lead time may apply for horizontal conversion.

Shipping

We ship freight to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Some shipping restrictions may apply. Liftgate services may incur an additional fee, which can be added at checkout.

Impressed by the quality

I’ve installed Goodman heat pumps before at a similar price point. This was better quality, and a great deal from the HVAC store. I’m always a little nervous about picking the lowest cost provider but the came through quick and no damage.

I’m in the middle of install so if you don’t see an update, things went well. As I said, first impressions as I opened it up to adjust airflow direction was very impressed!

Excellent company to purchase from

I wasn’t to sure about if this company could deliver it quickly but it arrived within a week. No issues. I needed this one for parts as my first one that I installed a year ago had the ecm go out on the blower fan. Parts are hard to come by for this Chinese brand. I think the ecm went out due to condensation in the main supply plenum dripping onto fan motor. I do like this ac unit but hope the fan lasts longer than a year. I covered the fan ecm with flex seal tape.
