Nice unit except for 2 small things! 2 screws laying in bottom of unit that holds in the main board and 2 wires, a purple and yellow, off the limit controller on the blower! Other then that, working good!

Unfortunately was wrong part, had different electrical connection. Misidentified by manufacturer. Vendor did a great job making it right, contacted the manufacturer and finding the correct part.

My transaction with the HVACStore was very good. It deserved a 5 star but I dinged it one star because the freight company did not deliver my new packaged unit on December 11th as they had communicated to me they would. They finally delivered at 3 PM the next day, December 12th. I and my installer had driven to Raleigh, NC (115 miles) on December 10th expecting the installation to start the next day. We were able to get the unit set in place the afternoon of the delivery but noting more that day. The following day we were able to install the unit and make it fully functional, but we did not have time to install an enclosure around the opening of the house crawl space where the ducts passed through. My installer left Raleigh very early on the morning of the 14th and is no longer available to do this enclosure. I will have to return to Raleigh for this remaining work which would have been already done had the HVAC unit been delivered as originally scheduled.

I have a 20 year-old Goodman 4 ton condenser and furnace. It was the best investment I ever made reasonable in price and minor repairs of normal failures. My plan if this one goes to have one shipped identical to what I own and try to find a local installation company.

I’ve installed Goodman heat pumps before at a similar price point. This was better quality, and a great deal from the HVAC store. I’m always a little nervous about picking the lowest cost provider but the came through quick and no damage.

I’m in the middle of install so if you don’t see an update, things went well. As I said, first impressions as I opened it up to adjust airflow direction was very impressed!

Bought a few units from this company and they were very friendly and easy to work with. Either matched prices or beat the price and had fast shipping also.

I wasn’t to sure about if this company could deliver it quickly but it arrived within a week. No issues. I needed this one for parts as my first one that I installed a year ago had the ecm go out on the blower fan. Parts are hard to come by for this Chinese brand. I think the ecm went out due to condensation in the main supply plenum dripping onto fan motor. I do like this ac unit but hope the fan lasts longer than a year. I covered the fan ecm with flex seal tape.
