This gas furnace operates at 80% AFUE, meaning 80% of the fuel is converted directly into heat while 20% is vented as exhaust. Like all 80% furnaces, the GRVT800805DX requires metal flue venting, while models rated 90% or higher would use PVC venting instead.

Compliance Notice

Please note: The GRVT800805DX does not meet California Low NOx or Ultra-Low NOx standards. This furnace cannot be installed in areas with stricter NOx emission requirements. For California homeowners, an Ultra-Low NOx compliant furnace will be required.

Shipping

We ship freight to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Some shipping restrictions may apply. Liftgate services may incur an additional fee, which can be added at checkout.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Backordered products may have longer processing times, and we will notify you of any delays.

Arrival of Goods: Freight delivery times depend on the carrier's schedule and routing. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery, and you must be present to sign for the shipment.

Damages: Upon delivery, inspect your shipment carefully for any damage or discrepancies. Note any issues on the carrier’s delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours. Impressed by the quality

I’ve installed Goodman heat pumps before at a similar price point. This was better quality, and a great deal from the HVAC store. I’m always a little nervous about picking the lowest cost provider but the came through quick and no damage.

I’m in the middle of install so if you don’t see an update, things went well. As I said, first impressions as I opened it up to adjust airflow direction was very impressed!

Excellent company to purchase from

I wasn’t to sure about if this company could deliver it quickly but it arrived within a week. No issues. I needed this one for parts as my first one that I installed a year ago had the ecm go out on the blower fan. Parts are hard to come by for this Chinese brand. I think the ecm went out due to condensation in the main supply plenum dripping onto fan motor. I do like this ac unit but hope the fan lasts longer than a year. I covered the fan ecm with flex seal tape.
