The MarketAir RoughinBox™ RBX3-MD-NC is a multidrain position rough-in box designed for wall-mounted mini-split installations during new construction and stud rehabilitation projects. Engineered to meet North American construction standards, it fits securely between standard 16-inch stud spacings with a 3.5-inch insertion depth, allowing seamless installation within standard wall cavities.

This versatile utility box protects refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, communication cables, and condensate drains from damage, dirt, and debris during construction activities such as drywall installation, painting, and finishing work. Replacing the legacy RBX1 and RBX2 models, the enhanced RBX3 design features an additional bottom lineset port and supports both vertical and horizontal condensate drainage configurations, making it ideal for standard wall placements as well as installations above doors and windows where space may be limited.
