The Panasonic FV-06VE1 WhisperComfort 60 is a compact energy recovery ventilator that brings fresh outdoor air into the home while exhausting an equal amount of stale indoor air, so the house stays balanced instead of pulling air in through gaps and door undercuts. It mounts to a ceiling or wall, runs on a standard 120V circuit, and draws no more than 39 watts, which makes it a practical fit for tight, energy efficient construction that needs code compliant ventilation.

A capillary core moves both heat and moisture between the incoming and outgoing airstreams, so the fresh air arriving in the room is already close to indoor temperature and humidity. The built in multi speed selector sets continuous ventilation anywhere from 20 to 50 CFM, and an occupant controlled boost mode lifts it to the full 60 CFM when a kitchen or bathroom needs more air. Static pressure access ports let the installer measure and verify airflow for ASHRAE 62.2, and the unit is HVI certified for sound and energy performance.

The cabinet measures 23 5/8" long, 13 5/16" wide and 8 7/8" high with side ports for dual 4" intake and exhaust ducts and a 5" duct connection, and it ships with a MERV 13 filter already installed. Panasonic covers the DC motor for six years and all other components for three years.
